Building health partnerships in north Cumbria
Published: 4th October 2018
The national Building Health Partnerships programme is working with the community to develop a programme of community-led approaches to prevent stroke and other cardiovascular disease.
The West Cumbrian Voices for Healthcare, the Third and Voluntary Sectors, Healthwatch Cumbria and the North Cumbria Health and Care System want to talk to local people in our towns and villages about how we can work better together to prevent and detect those who could face some serious health conditions.
The national Building Health Partnerships programme would like you to help shape the project so we can make a real difference.
The first FREE event is at The Falcon Club, Egremont on Wednesday 28th November from 11.00 ‘til 3.00pm and includes lunch.
