Community Mental Health Survey 2015

We are carrying out a Community Mental Health Survey  to find out what service users think about the care they receive. 

This is part of a national programme to quality of care and service users’ experiences. Taking part in the survey is voluntary, and all answers are confidential. If you are selected to take part, your contact details will be used by researchers to carry out the survey. Patients who have accessed community mental health service between 1st September and 30th November 2014 may receive a survey to complete.  The following services will the in the data collection

  • Outpatient services
  • Day therapy service
  • Adult services
  • Services for older people
  • Crisis teams
  • Complex needs services
  • Assertive outreach teams
  • Early intervention and short term intervention teams
  • Recovery teams
  • Home treatment teams
  • Rehabilitation support teams
  • Memory clinics
  • CAMHS service users who are 18 years of age or over on the date the sample is drawn
