If you would like to come and share your ideas, contact us to book your place, or to find out more, get in touch:The Listening Events will be led by Service Improvement experts who want to talk to people that use services and the people who care for them.  The aim of the events is to find out what needs to improve and what ‘good’ services would look like - all ideas, feedback and experiences will be used develop future plans for Mental Health and Learning Disability services in the county.

We will also be providing transport if this is required - if you need further support to get to the events please let us know when you make your booking.  We look forward to seeing you there.

We have also developed a questionnaire as another way for people to feedback their thoughts and ideas as we are aware that not everyone who wants to will be able to attend. The questionnaire is completely anonymous and can be accessed online via the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/serviceuserandcarer.  Hard copies of the questionnaire are also available upon request.

Additionally, we are also holding events for staff and partners to hear their feedback; this will ensure we will receive rounded feedback from all involved within mental health and learning disabilities in Cumbria. We also have a specific online questionnaire for our staff and partners.

All feedback from the events and online questionnaire will be collated and will be used to develop future plans for services.
