Gavin Slater ; Quality Governance Projects Manager across both trusts demonstrates collaboration – together we are always stronger and better working together with and for our patients. A colleague nominated Gavin for and said: “Gavin is always extremely approachable and supportive. He has an incredible ability to manage a number of different things at once and does all this with an air of calm organisation. He is our ‘go to’ person for anything CQC- related and he never appears to mind when we call him with repeat requests for advice. Gavin is open minded and takes on board others ideas, whilst being open to a good healthy discussion about something. He champions the support of our most vulnerable patients and strives to promote equality where he can. We are very lucky to have such an approachable and knowledgeable person in this vital role and appreciate all of his help”.
