On the fifth day of Christmas CPFT gave to me, Kath, Sarah, Emma and Alex from the Ways to Wellbeing team. Staff members emailed us to say: “We would like to nominate our “Ways to Wellbeing” team who deliver the Psychological Education workshops. The success of the groups and the fantastic feedback from patients has been due to the hard work and dedication of this team. One of the patients said: “I didn’t know what to expect when I first attended but with excellent delivery and an informal environment I feel that it has been very worthwhile. I now feel that I have the toolkit to help me in the future and I can refer to it as and when necessary.”
