Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is made up of non-executive directors who are lay members drawn from the public and appointed for their skills and experience, and executive directors who are responsible for the day to day running of the organisation.

The Board of Directors works closely with our Governors' Council, whose meetings are held in public. The Governors' Council provides essential community representation within the Trust and includes public, service-user, carer and staff governors elected by our members. Find out more about Governors and the role of the Governors' Council within the Trust here.

Members of the public are welcome to attend Board of Directors meetings and have the opportunity to raise questions about items on the agenda when indicated by the Chair. Further information on how the Board of Directors meeting operate can be found here.

Details of upcoming Board meetings and minutes of past meetings can be found here.
