Public consultation finished in April 2017.
The Success Regime was a national initiative designed to support the most challenged health and care systems across the country. With long-term difficulties in recruiting permanently to key clinical posts, a history of financial challenges, and the need to improve the quality of services across the area. West, East & North Cumbria was selected, along with Essex, and North, East and West Devon, to take part in 2016.
A public consultation took place and decisions were made based on people's feedback in March 2017.
Read more about the consultation on the Healthcare for the Future website.
David Stout, Transformation Director at NHS Cumbria Clinical Commissioning Group, spoke at the Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Annual General Meeting 2015 to explain the vision of the Success Regime.
